Wassup wassup fam. We have great news for you. Our monthly poetry show is back and online. We managed to launch our first episode earlier this month. It's taken us quite a while to figure out how we would continue with this event, especially within an online space while still meeting the objectives of the event, so we're glad that we finally came up with a solution.
In our first episode, we feature talented spoken word artists from different cities, and as usual, we had our favorite host Onkarabile "Kabzzie" Marumo to guide the audience throughout the show. A big shout out to Sipho Ndebele, Mrisi, Nomfundo Khambule, Agelyric, Met_A_Morphosis and Thandoe for being the first group of dope poets to feature on the online show. We would also like to send a shout out to Gig Media for providing us with the space to record some of the footage for the show, and the whole Radioactive Blog team that made this show possible. The second episode will premier on our Facebook page, YouTube channel and Instagram on the 1st of March 2021, so make sure you follow our social media in order to stay up to date.
